BUILD

BUILD is our signature strength class. Barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells... everything you need to develop an athletic-looking and  functionally strong body. New to lifting? No problem, our coaches will guide you along.

SCULPT

SCULPT is our fat-torching signature class. Run, cycle, jump, turn your body into the ultimate machine by pushing your heart rate to its peak. Need to go slower? Our coaches are here to ensure you progress at your own pace.

FLEX

FLEX will make you work hard. Starting with a signature HIIT-style circuit, you will then transition into yoga-inspired drills and stretches to help you achieve body mastery. Feeling stiff and slow? This class is the class for you.
